i felt that my bone is cracking ....

these few days went to california fitness ..

2day - i went to bodycompact and later crosstraining for 20 mins .. later go for weigh -lifting with those equipment then later I went for Intro -step aka cardio aerobic ...saw my friend Lee Ping(the one I met at model show) at the class (yea,... beri coincidence ) and she persuade to stay on for ABT( mean ab- body -thigh) and she said is damn good ..ok I stay on ..after that tiring intro step ..... I felt my body wobbling and soft ... I am like walking slowly ..

Woh LA --- i felt beri beri shoick .. I am just addicting to the adrenalin ofworkout in the meanwhile

went home i ate
bowl of seaweed soup
a strawberry
500g pomelo
a square coco
2 slice of swiss roll
and plenty of water

After been in twist and turn for long , wallowing in boredom and wallowing in troublesome dilemma .

A sentence in 1 particular webpage straightened my thoughts.

As life get tough, the tough get going... just smile and remember life isn't meant to be easy if it is, it would be boring!!

Boredom is an extremely frightening word.
